Response: Our RMA department will reach out to you to determine if this was a MIS-SHIP or a defective product. If EITHER of these reasons, we will absolutely cover ALL shipping costs (return label, and replacement). If however, you simply do not want this product any more, and wish to return it, you will need to send it back to us at your own expense.
"The service and products I have purchased are an excellent value, however; it saddens me that I cannot return a 50 ft. ethernet cable because policy dictates I will have to pay the return shipment label, and I will end up losing money if I decide to return it. That's the reason I would not make business with MyCableMart anymore."

Response: Unfortunately, one of the products you ordered weighed nearly 2lbs, and shipping PRIORITY MAIL for 2 day delivery is a little pricier than other shipping options
"Quality of products is very good. Price of products also very good. BUT, shipping costs diminish considerably the overall value compared to local over-the-counter purchases. It doesn't do me any good to buy a $7 item for $1 when it's going to cost me $8 in shipping."
